* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Braxton County in north central West

* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 500 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fell across
the warned area on Saturday, ranging anywhere from 1 to 4 inches.
Lingering high water is expected across portions of the warned
area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Weston, Stonewall Jackson, Burnsville, Sand Run, Walkersville and
Horner.
- This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 74 and 100. Route 33 between
mile markers 1 and 6.
