The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a
* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Yavapai County in west central Arizona...
* Until 145 PM MST.
* At 113 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mayer, or 15
miles southeast of Prescott Valley, moving northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Dewey-Humboldt, Mayer, Centennial Park and Poland Junction.
This includes the following highways...
State Route 69 between mile markers 266 and 279. Interstate 17
between mile markers 270 and 271.
