roughly Karthaus to Woodland and moving southeast at 40 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Clearfield, Plymptonville, Clearfield-Lawrence Airport, Hyde,
Lecontes Mills, Woodland, Karthaus, Wallaceton, West Decatur,
Morrisdale, Kylertown, Grassflat and Chester Hill.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 115 and 136.
