At 804 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated between 2 and 5 inches of rain
have fallen. The heaviest rain has pushed north and east of the
warned area. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly due
to runoff from the earlier heavy rainfall.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
