AFTERNOON DUE TO BREEZY NORTHERLY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY
FOR A PORTION OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA...

* Affected Area...Portions of the Sacramento Valley and foothills
north of Interstate 80.

* TIMING...Until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.

* WINDS...Northerly winds gusting 20 to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 20 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
