High tides this morning may lead to flooding.

Flooding is possible from 10:30 to 12:30 on Tuesday 27 October 2026.

Locations most affected will be coastal roads and footpaths around Aldcliffe Marsh, Heaton Marsh, Marsh, Greyhound Bridge, Skerton Bridge, Newton, Overton, Middleton, Glasson, Conder Green, Conder Bridge and Thurnham Moss.

We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded.
