At 504 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles southwest of Slim Buttes Housing to 7 miles
east of Red Cloud Campground to 7 miles northeast of Box Butte
Reservoir, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...ASOS. At 441 PM a 60 mph wind gust was measured at the
Chadron Municipal Airport.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
