At 07:22 on May 5, 2026, the Hezhang County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog: Currently, all townships (streets) in our county, including Baiguo, Magu, Shuangping, Xingfa, Zhushi, Shuke, Pingshan, Kele, Hezhen, Dezhuo, Zhijie, Songlinpo, Caishen, etc., have experienced heavy fog with visibility less than 200 meters at high altitudes. It is expected to continue for the next 12 hours. The public is advised to reduce outdoor activities, drivers to control vehicle speed to ensure safety, and relevant units and individuals are requested to do a good job in dealing with heavy fog.
