At 13:55 on October 26, 2026, the Hegang Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: Currently, the maximum wind speed at the Xilinhe Reservoir Station in Hegang City has reached 16.1m/s (level 7). It is expected that during the daytime of the 26th and 27th, Xiangyang District, Gongnong District, Xingshan District, Dongshan District, Xing an District, Nanshan District and various towns in Hegang City will still be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 3-5 levels and gusts of 7-8 levels. Relevant units and individuals are requested to take preventive measures.
