The Shuangcheng District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 14:22 on October 26th: It is expected that from the night of the 26th to the 27th, there will be strong winds with gusts of 6-8 levels in various towns and streets in our district. In addition, there will be scattered rain and snow weather, and the temperature will drop. Some sections of the road will be wet or frozen, with wind blowing snow and reduced visibility.
