At 15:55 on October 26th, the Fujin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that all towns and streets in our city will be affected by strong winds during the day of 27-28, with an average wind speed of 4-5 levels and gusts of 6-7 levels. Please take precautions.
