seconds and southeast winds 10 to 15 kt.

especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
Columbia River Bar.

Monday. Seas 5 to 6 ft. Second very strong ebb current of 6.8 kt
at 522 PM Monday. Seas 7 ft. Third Ebb current of 4.08 kt at
548 AM Tuesday. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
