High tides this morning may lead to flooding.

Flooding is possible from 10:30 to 12:30 on Tuesday 27 October 2026.

Locations most affected will be coastal roads and footpaths around Freckleton Marsh, Riversway Docklands, Lower Penwortham, Hutton Marsh, Longton Marsh, Becconsall Marsh, Much Hoole Marsh, Bretherton Eyes, Croston Finney, Hesketh Out Marsh and Hundred End. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded.
