At 6:31 am on October 27, 2026, the Beilun District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that there will be 7-9 levels of strong winds on the coastal sea surface of our district today, and 6-8 levels of northerly winds in the coastal and mountainous areas of streets such as Xinqiao, Xiapu, Daxie, Baifeng, and Guoju.
