At 8:35 am on October 27, 2026, the Lindian County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that our county will be affected by strong winds in the next 24 hours, with an average wind speed of 5-6 levels and gusts up to 7-8 levels. Relevant units and individuals are advised to take preventive measures. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out wind prevention work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Stop outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities, and evacuate personnel and residents of dangerous buildings to sheltered areas as much as possible; 3.
