At 09:01 on October 27, 2026, the Panshi Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be a 4-5 level westerly wind in our city in the next 24 hours, and the instantaneous wind force can reach 7-8 levels. The Panshi Emergency Management Bureau and the Panshi Meteorological Bureau jointly remind us to pay attention to prevention work.
