[Warning Information Release Center] Zhongwei Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 08:55 on October 27, 2026: It is expected that there will be 4-5 level northerly winds and 7-9 level gusts in Shapotou District, Zhongning County, and Haiyuan County during the daytime on the 28th. Shapotou District and Zhongning County will be accompanied by sand or floating dust (visible range of 3-8 kilometers).
