The Jiutai District Meteorological Observatory of Changchun City issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 09:00 on October 27, 2026: It is expected that there will be a 5-6 level westerly wind in our district in the next 24 hours, and the instantaneous wind force can reach 7-8 levels. The District Emergency Management Bureau and the District Meteorological Bureau jointly remind us to pay attention to wind, fire, and dust prevention.
