At 9:50 am on October 27, 2026, the Dinghai District Meteorological Observatory of Zhoushan City updated and issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that the Dinghai sea area and all towns (streets) in our district will experience northerly winds of 5-6 levels, gusts of 7 levels, and continue to strengthen to 6-7 levels, gusts of 8 levels. Starting from the afternoon, gusts of 7 levels will reach 8-9 levels, and at night, it will turn to northeast winds of 6 levels, gusts of 7-8 levels. Please pay attention to preventing the adverse effects of strong winds on offshore vessels, construction projects, high-altitude operations, outdoor activities, etc.
