The Changbai County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 9:45 am on October 27, 2026: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, most towns and villages in our county will have a 5-6 level westerly wind, with instantaneous wind speeds reaching 7-8 levels.
