The Shulan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 9:32 am on October 27, 2026: It is expected that there will be a 4-5 level southerly wind in our city in the next 24 hours, with instantaneous wind speeds reaching 7-8 levels. Shulan Emergency Management Bureau and Shulan Meteorological Bureau jointly remind governments at all levels, relevant departments, and the general public to pay attention to prevention.
