The Liaoyuan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 9:40 am on October 27, 2026: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, all townships (streets) in Longshan District, Xi an District, and High tech Development Zone of our city may be affected by strong winds, with an average wind force of 6 or above, or gusts (regional station maximum) of 8 or above. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Bureau jointly remind urban and rural residents to pay attention to strengthening prevention measures.
