At 11:30 am on October 27, 2026, the Ning an Meteorological Observatory upgraded the blue warning signal for strong winds to a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Currently, the wind speed at Jingbo Station in our city has reached level 9, and it is expected that there will still be gusts of level 9 or above in most areas of our city in the next 12 hours. Relevant departments and individuals are requested to take preventive measures.
