At 14:25 on October 27, 2026, the Putuo District Meteorological Observatory in Zhoushan City continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that all towns (streets), functional areas, and nearby sea areas in our district will experience a northerly wind of level 9 today and a northeast wind of level 8 at night. Please pay attention to preventing the adverse effects of strong winds on offshore vessels, construction projects, high-altitude operations, outdoor activities, etc.
