At 15:07 on October 27, 2026, the Hegang Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that during the day of the 28th, Xiangyang District, Gongnong District, Xingshan District, Dongshan District, Xing an District, Nanshan District, various townships, Luobei County, and Suibin County in Hegang City will still be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 4-5 levels and gusts of 7 levels or above. Relevant units and individuals are requested to take preventive measures.
