High tides and forecast weather conditions are expected to cause flooding tomorrow morning.
Flooding is expected from 2:45AM to 5:15AM on Wednesday 28 October.
Locations most affected will be Newcastle Quayside and along the Tyne estuary riverside. The temporary barrier along Newcastle Quayside will be deployed from 8:00PM this evening.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
