* WHAT...Variable bu mainly northeast winds to 25 kt.

* WHERE...Kauai Channel, Oahu Windward Waters, Oahu Leeward
Waters, Kaiwi Channel, Maui County Windward Waters, Maui
County Leeward Waters and Pailolo Channel.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM HST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A vigorous area of low pressure will move
over Maui County and Oahu waters tonight and Wednesday, bringing
strong easterly winds north of the low and variable winds to the
south of the low. Strong thunderstorms may develop near the low
and generate erratic gusty winds.
