* WHAT...Northeast winds 35 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas
11 to 16 feet.

* WHERE...Yap coastal waters.

* WHEN...Through at least this morning, or longer if conditions
warrant.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm Hagupit (05) is currently
forecast to move through Yap Proper this morning and tropical storm
force winds are expected through this morning. As Hagupit moves
west of Yap this afternoon, hazardous conditions for small crafts
are still expected to persist through tonight.
