...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE FRIDAY...
.Continued dry air combined with high winds after another frontal
passage will lead to a very similar setup to what we saw on Tuesday.
This initial watch is focused on the area with the highest chance for
reaching critical fire weather conditions.
The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a Fire
Weather Watch.
* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of central and west central Minnesota.
* TIMING...From Friday morning through Friday evening.
* WINDS...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
