* Until 530 AM CDT.

* At 337 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
waterspouts were located along a line extending from 9 nm north of
Trinity Bay to near Galveston 282 to near Brazos 490, moving
southeast at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
