At 17:05 on May 27, 2026, the Turpan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for high temperatures: it is expected that from May 28 to June 1, some towns and villages in Gaochang District, Toksun County, and Shanshan County will experience high temperatures above 37 ℃.
