At 18:45 on May 27, 2026, the meteorological observatory of Jinyun County upgraded the orange warning signal of rainstorm to the red warning signal of rainstorm: due to the influence of strong convective cloud clusters, short-term heavy rainfall with an hourly rainfall intensity of more than 60mm has occurred in Dongdu, Fangxi and Dayang in the past hour. It is expected that in the next three hours, towns (streets) such as Huzhen, Qianlu, Sanxi, Dongdu, Fangxi, Dayuan, Huyuan, Rongjiang, Shuangxikou, and Dayang will still experience hourly rainfall of 30-50 millimeters, with short-term heavy precipitation of over 50 millimeters in some areas. Please pay attention to preventing secondary disasters such as mudslides, small watershed flash floods, landslides, urban and rural waterlogging that may be caused by sustained heavy rainfall.
