* IMPACTS...At 880.0 feet, Water extends onto the 129A exit ramp
from eastbound Interstate 70 to Route 79 near Buckeye Lake.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 877.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 880.5 feet late this afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
- Flood stage is 880.0 feet.
