The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a
* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
South Central Mora County in northeastern New Mexico...
* Until 930 PM MDT.
* At 843 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Watrous, or 18 miles east of Mora, moving southeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Valmora, Watrous and Shoemaker.
This includes Interstate 25 near Mile Marker 365...and between Mile
Markers 366 and 376.
