* WHERE...Northeastern Shelby County in central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 512 PM EDT, River gauge reports indicate minor flooding
near and along the Little Blue River. Between 1 and 2 inches
of rain fell yesterday.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
