At 16:50 on April 12th, the Delingha Meteorological Observatory lifted the yellow warning signal for road icing: due to the warming effect, the phenomenon of road icing has eased and the impact on traffic has weakened. Therefore, the yellow warning signals for road icing in Gahai Town, Huaitoutala Town, Keluke Town, and Chuji Township have been lifted.
