* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Super Typhoon Sinlaku is expected to approach the Marianas
over the next 12 to 24 hours, crossing near or over Tinian
and Saipan tonight. Rainfall amounts upwards of 15 to 25
inches are possible near the center.

- With a track near or over Saipan, rainfall totals of 6 to
12 inches, with locally higher amounts, are more likely for
Guam, with 10 to 20 inches for Rota.
