* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Black River at Black River Falls.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 49.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 43.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 5:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 49.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 53.9
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage Thursday evening.
- Flood stage is 47.0 feet.
