Рекомендации
People should be in a designated shelter or in a sturdy and
reinforced concrete building to ride out the storm as strong tropical
storm force winds are occurring and will continue through the
overnight hours before starting to decrease Wednesday morning. Due
to the size of the storm, tropical storm force winds are not expected
to end until late Wednesday evening. Even when winds start to
decrease, remain indoors until the government of Guam gives the "all
clear".
