* WHAT...For the Tropical Storm Warning, northwest winds 40 to
50 kt with gusts to 75 kt and shifting to the west. Seas are
slowly subsiding, but remain around 18 to 26 feet. For the Typhoon
Watch, typhoon conditions possible.

* WHERE...Guam Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Conditions will
be dangerous for small craft and large vessels. Remain in safe
harbor.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm winds are occurring and and
are expected to slowly subside through tonight.
