The Jiangjin District Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued an "orange warning signal for strong winds" at 20:10 on April 19, 2026. From 19:00 to 20:00 on April 19, there were gusts of wind above level 10 at the Maogaishan dangerous rock station in Youxi Town. It is expected that from 20:10 on April 19 to 8:10 on April 20, Xiaba, Jiasi, Luohuang, Zhiping, Dingshan, Dushi, Berlin, Zhongshan, Siping, Simianshan, Caijia, Jiaping, Guangxing, Xihu, Youxi, Degan, Wutan, Longhua, Shengquan, Shuangfu, Xianfeng, Jijiang, Yongxing, Tanghe, Ciyun, Shimen, Zhuyang, Shima, Baisha, Li Towns and streets in the city will still be affected by strong winds, with gusts reaching up to level 11 or above, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, lightning, hail and other severe convective weather.
