* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to
two inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Baldwin Peninsula, Lower Kobuk Valley, and Northern Seward
Peninsula.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel may be impacted.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will continue through
tonight. Wind gusts will remain around 35 mph through Thursday
night. Temperatures will rise into the 30s Thursday afternoon and
blowing snow will become less of a concern.
