At 1210 PM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of
producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 30 nm
southwest of Farewell Buoy to 10 nm east of Pilottown, moving east at
30 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats...damage
vessels and oil rigs...and create suddenly higher waves.
Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Pilottown.
