* WHAT...For the first Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 36
will result in frost formation. For the second Frost Advisory,
temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE...In Kentucky, Boyd, Carter, and Greenup Counties. In Ohio,
Lawrence OH County. In West Virginia, Boone, Kanawha, Putnam, and
Cabell Counties.
* WHEN...For the first Frost Advisory, until 10 AM EDT this morning.
For the second Frost Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT
Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
