At 05:08 on April 30, 2026, Hai an Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued a red warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that from this morning to this morning, most areas of towns (districts, streets) and coastal sea areas in our city will experience extremely strong heavy fog with visibility less than 50 meters. The visibility is very low, please take precautions.
