At 15:05 on April 30, 2026, the Zhaoyuan County Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that our county will be affected by strong winds in the next 12 hours, with an average wind speed of 7-8 levels and gusts of 9-10 levels or above. Please pay attention to prevention measures for relevant units and individuals. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out wind prevention work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Stop outdoor activities and dangerous outdoor operations such as high-altitude activities, and evacuate personnel and residents of dangerous buildings to sheltered areas as much as possible; 3. Take active measures to deal with water operations and passing ships in relevant waters, reinforce port facilities, and prevent ships from anchoring, stranding, and colliding; 4. Cut off outdoor hazardous power sources, properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds, and cover building materials; 5. Airports, highways and other units should take measures to ensure traffic safety, and relevant departments and units should pay attention to fire prevention in forests, grasslands and other areas.
