Northeastern Harrison County in northeastern Texas...
Eastern Marion County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 100 AM CDT.

* At 1222 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles south of
Smithland, or 17 miles northeast of Marshall, moving east at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
Vivian, Oil City, Mooringsport, Smithland, Karnack, Gray, Uncertain
and Caddo Lake.

Recommendations

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing large hail.
