Western Allegany County. In Virginia, Eastern Highland and Western
Highland County. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton, Western
Pendleton, Western Grant, and Western Mineral Counties.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
