Details

The Chengyang District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 14:40 on May 11, 2026: Currently, convective weather has occurred in the upstream areas of our district. It is expected that some streets and the waters of Jiaozhou Bay in our district will experience thunderstorms from this afternoon to night, with gusts of 8-9 levels during thunderstorms. Please take precautions.

Recommendations

1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out lightning protection work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Pay close attention to the weather and try to avoid outdoor activities as much as possible.
