* AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, Koochiching, Itasca, South and
Central St. Louis, Cass, Itasca, Crow Wing, Aitkin, Carlton and
Pine.

* WINDS...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
